All reservations are subject to availability and accepted at the discretion of each participating property, who determine the number of rooms available at the promotional rate.
Each property should be contacted directly for bookings or enquiries. There are contact numbers for each property featured in this directory or on the Holiday Fever website. (Click 'members login' if you are a member, Your certificate Pack comes included with a username and password card, all details are on the first web page after you login.)
You are required to identify your reservation as an Holiday Fever one when first contacting the property.
This voucher entitles two (2) people to a complimentary double or twin standard room for one (1) night at properties participating in the current Holiday Fever program. This is available by meeting either the Meal Deal or 2nd Night Free conditions.
Meal Deal
It is a condition when using the voucher that BREAKFAST and DINNER be paid for each person, for each night’s stay at the Meal Deal amount stipulated.
Beverages are not included in the Meal Deal amount.
The property has the right to change the Meal Deal amount in the event that meals are not taken or where there is a shortfall.
2nd Night Free
It is a condition when using the voucher that the first night’s accommodation be paid in full to receive the second night’s accommodation free.
When staying on the 2nd Night Free option, the first night’s accommodation rate is the hotel’s published rack rate.
One voucher is required for each complimentary nights accommodation. This means that one (1) voucher is required for EVERY night you stay on the Meal Deal basis or one (1) voucher is required for every SECOND night you stay on the 2nd Night Free basis.
A property may offer the Meal Deal option, 2nd Night Free option or both.
A supplement will usually apply for single occupancy.
Your account for meals and extras is payable directly to the property. A deposit or advance payment may be requested. Spending money, extras and all other ancillary costs are your responsibility.
After making your booking with the property, it is essential that you complete, sign and send the designated half of this voucher to the property to confirm your reservation. The voucher stub is to be provided to the property when you check in.
If you are unable to make a confirmed reservation, please advise the property accordingly. You may be charged a cancellation fee if this is standard practice of the property.
Prices and descriptions in the Holiday Fever program are based on information provided by the properties. Prices and facilities may change from time to time, please re-confirm these at time of booking.
Conditions of use and prices are current at the time of publication, however some properties may exit or join the program during the validity of the directory.
Your voucher is valid until the expiry date shown on the front.
While all care has been taken, Holiday Fever accepts no liability for loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the accommodation offer or for any errors or omissions in the directory, on the website or in promotional materials.
In line with our ‘standard of service’ procedures we are always willing to investigate complaints. Holiday Fever cannot however be held responsible for any disagreements you have with the property and/or for any refused or cancelled reservations. Any dispute must be settled directly with the hotel in question.
