Your use of this website is expressly conditioned on Your acceptance of the following terms and conditions, whether or not You choose to print them in hard copy. If You do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, You must not use this website. Responsibility: Holiday Fever acts as an agent on behalf of Accommodation Suppliers contained herein and the accommodation suppliers are responsible for the provision of the services specified. Holiday Fever has made every endeavor to ensure the details contained herein are in accordance with the information supplied by the operators but accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy or mis-description. Descriptions, photographs, and facility lists are included as a guide only and may not necessarily reflect the accommodation service. As agent, Holiday Fever accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, delay or inconvenience arising out of the provision of or failure to provide services by the Accommodation Suppliers. Prices: The prices contained herein have been specifically negotiated by Holiday Fever. Prices do not include transfers or meals unless specified. Prices contained herein are subject to change or withdrawal without notice at any time. Booking Fee: At time of booking, confirm if there is any booking fees. Amendments: See the terms of each individual hotel on the web site.

Voucher refund policy :
Note that there is a cooling off period of 5 days after you receive the pack, 10 days for New Zealand Members. Once you have telephoned our Membership Advisors to cancel your Membership you should return the Membership Pack (together with details of your name and address) to us within 10 days of you notifying us that you wish to cancel your Membership at the following address: (We recommend you do this via Registered mail)P.O BOX 798 St Ives, NSW 2075 , Australia. If the membership card has been defaced a $25.00 Fee will apply.
This refund police is made in relation to the Direct Commerce Act under Division:3 section 40E “ Right of consumer to cancel direct commerce during cooling-off period ”New South Wales Legislation Update – June 2007 The Refund shall be paid to you by us from the same billing source that was authorised by you when you indicated your desire to become a Member to us or by direct deposit into you nominated bank account, issued to you at our sole discretion.

Booking Refunds will be made to your credit card account. If the cancellation is made within one month of the Purchase date, the accommodation supplier may charge an additional fee depending upon their own cancellation policy. For bookings cancelled within seven days of the arrival date, or during peak periods, the accommodation supplier reserves the right to charge a hundred percent cancellation fee. We strongly recommend You take out appropriate travel insurance. Special event prices: There are many special events, as well as holiday periods that may attract a surcharge imposed by Hotels. Some of these surcharges may not be known at the time of publication and will be advised on confirmation of Your booking or as early as possible prior to this. Age and responsibility: You represent that You are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability You may incur as a result of the use of this website. You understand that You are financially responsible for all uses of this site by You. Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia and You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in that State. Copyright: Holiday Fever and the Hotels retain all rights (including, but not limited to copyright and patent rights) with respect to all software and underlying information or material available through the Holiday Fever website. You may not download or otherwise export or re-export any software or underlying information or material available through Holiday Fever, except with the permission of Holiday Fever and in full compliance with all Australian and other applicable laws and regulations. In particular, but without limitation, You may not download or otherwise export or re-export any software or underlying information or material available through Holiday Fever except to the extent that such downloading occurs in the course of using the Holiday Fever website. Annual membership fee: Membership may be terminated at any time by a member informing Worldline Enterprizes Ltd in writing. If membership is terminated part-way through a year, no refund of membership will be available.The annual membership fee will be automatically debited at the end of the 12 months($59.00) If you do not wish to continue the membership contact customer service at admin@holidayfever.com.au 30 days before your membership fee is due for payment.

Worldline Enterprizes Ltd does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for membership cards that are lost or destroyed. Lost membership cards should be reported immediately to Worldline Enterprizes Ltd  or to the customer service staff. A replacement charge will be made for lost or damaged cards. The Worldline Enterprizes Ltd membership card is the property of Worldline Enterprizes Ltd The privileges of membership will only be granted on presentation of a valid membership card. The card must bear the signature of the member.

The offer is open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter, its agents and distributors. All Voucher holders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

See the full terms and conditions of each Activity on the web site. The precise value and nature of the voucher vary from venue to venue, customers are advised to check before confirming an appointment.

There is a strict limit of one voucher per booking group. All additional customers accompanying the voucher holder will be required to pay the full price, and all future treatments will be charged at the full price.

4.
Offer is subject to promotional availability and the promoter cannot guarantee that your first choice date and/or time will be available to you. Cancellations after confirmation of your booking may incur a cancellation fee.

5.
The voucher must be presented upon arrival at the salon to redeem the offer. If no voucher is produced, you will be required to pay the full price.

6.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer, and are not valid for pre booked events, public or school holidays.

7.
You must allow at least 28 days between your booking and your appointment.

8.
Listed businesses are all contracted to participate in the offer. The promoter, its agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any business subsequently declining acceptance of the voucher for reasons of their own.

9.
For all matters related to health, exercise and fitness, you are strongly urged to consult an appropriate health-care professional before using the offer made available through the promoter, its agents and distributors. If you have chosen not to obtain a consultants advice prior to using your offer then you are doing so at your own risk.

The promoter, its agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning quality and/or availability. The promoter, its agents and distributors do not directly provide any of the goods and services - these are solely provided by the venues. If you have any queries, complaints or claims relating to any of these goods and services, you should deal directly with the venue concerned. We cannot and do not accept any responsibility for the goods and services provided by any of the venues or related information provided by them to you where we are not in breach of our legal duty of care owed to you. We reserve the right to eliminate, add, change and substitute venues without notice provided that they are of approximately equivalent type and value. This does not affect your statutory rights.

By redeeming this offer you are stating that you are voluntarily participating in this offer.

The promoter, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any liability relating to
(a) any inability by the bearer to use this voucher properly or at all or
(b) the contents, accuracy or use of either this voucher or the venue or
(c) through the misuse of the voucher.

The promoter, its agents and distributors offer no warranties or representations regarding the advice, instructions, or any other information provided by the venue.

14.
The promoter, its agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.

Photocopied, defaced or illegible vouchers will not be accepted.

This voucher has no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash. Acceptance: By Scratching the back of the card,  selecting the "pay now" button on the payment page or downloading any material or accessing any data, information or material using the Holiday Fever website, You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
